In this day and age technology has sure made life easier on so many levels.   I mean think about it we can get ahold of our kids on their cell phones (if they aren't ignoring us), we can respond within minutes most of the time to clients.  We really have come to expect things instantly, but have we gotten too comfortable with modern technology?  The younger generation typically would rather text or message than actually have a voice to voice telephone call.  I suppose it's quicker and certainly convenient, but are we losing just a bit of that personal touch?  How would you prefer to communicate with people?
